Fifty years of success: from classical cabinets to custom-made interiors

The Falegnameria Valdichiana was founded in 1963. Its more than fifty years of activity are a token of the company’s robustness as well as of the farsightedness of its founders, who still run it with personal commitment and devotion. Initially set up as a manufacturer of upmarket classical cabinets, its product range has later been extended to such items as wall cabinets, walk-in wardrobes, wood panels, ceilings, radiator covers, wall units, bookcases, cupboards, kitchens and prestigious, custom-made interiors for Italian and international customers alike, who are seeking the best that an Italian furniture factory may offer in terms of design, workmanship, production and materials.

Industrial know-how and craft tradition in a single company

The whole production process is made in house, from raw timber processing to the final product. The last stage of production is pre-assembly at the factory, as a prerequisite for ultimate perfection. The skilful hands of highly specialised cabinet makers are a key to the excellence of the final result, so as to offer custom-made solutions for any space to be furnished and decorated, and adapt our creations to any environment with all constituent elements carefully fitted and integrated… designs, wood types, finishes, attention to details, assembly methods, space utilisation… Our motto and principle is to pursue the highest level of customisation. Handicraft methods perfectly combine with our approach to use high-quality materials (precious solid woods and veneers) and develop innovative solutions. Assembly systems too have been simplified and improved with the introduction of leading-edge woodworking techniques. Finishes are exclusively handmade with multiple water-based paint coats applied by hand. Decorations, serigraphs, golden-leaf finishes are all handcrafted by prominent decorators and may also be manufactured to the customer’s design. This is why each solution is unique, with small imperfections, gaps or diversities giving evidence of the excellence of our handmade products and confirming their original value.
